If you’re pregnant, you may feel this way:
•I don’t want an abortion, but I’m not ready to be a parent.
•I’m not certain about my current relationship and want to provide my child an emotionally and financially stable, loving, two-parent home.
You probably have questions about adoption:
•Will it be open or closed? Will it be private or through an agency?
•Will I want to be involved in the child’s life?
Today’s adoption process empowers the birth mother to make all the decisions. You can choose the adoptive family and whether or not it’s an open or closed adoption, and if you’d like to have contact with the family and child in the future.
At the Center, we don’t facilitate adoptions but can refer you to organizations that we know and you can trust. We can help you understand all your options with adoption.
